In this workshop, we’ll show you the key numbers that you must track in your business. And they’re not all the obvious “accounting” ones!
We’ll also be looking at how you make decisions on your marketing and what you can spend to bring in new customers.
About Jon Davies
Jon Davies FCA has been an accountant for many, many years. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1998 with PricewaterhouseCoopers before holding senior positions at two more global accountancy firms – Ernst & Young and BDO.
In 2011, he decided to return to working with small businesses in Merseyside and across the UK.
Jon specialises in business growth advice – he runs the Liverpool meetings for the Entrepreneurs Circle, the UK’s largest membership organisation dedicated to business growth.
Jon has lectured at all three Liverpool universities and sits on Liverpool John Moore’s University’s funding panel for entrepreneurs. It’s like Dragon’s Den…..except he’s nice to the applicants.
